Buzzards and Worms is a Community Interest Company rooted in nature, human connection, and care for the world around us now, and in the future. We exist to bring individuals, families, and communities closer to the natural world through inclusive, accessible and meaningful experiences.
Buzzards and Worms creates opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage with nature in ways that support mental health, build confidence, deepen connections with our environment, and strengthen community bonds. We operate in Norfolk, UK.
Through workshops, outdoor activities, funded projects and collaborative sessions, we offer welcoming spaces where learning, creativity, nature and humans grow.
Research from the Mental Health Foundation found that ‘44% of people said being close to nature makes them less anxious or worried’.
